Master Shangyen sez that in order to preserve your vital energy one must practice celibacy and preserve the vital juice's. Of course the gf wont be too crazy about it. As for yourself, when the pain of self denial becomes so strong that the organism must self destruct, fearlessness in death will be your cheap bride.
